Are you a Republican or a Democrat?
I grew up as a Republican not liking Democrats (specifically
Dukakis in the early eighties). My folks were Republicans largely for economic
reasons. When Bill Clinton ran for office, he was the first Presidential candidate
I could vote for and the first time I voted. I had recently had surgery for
cancer, and I could hardly stand up. I voted for Bill Clinton because he was
not anti-gay for military personnel. I have never voted for a Republican in a
partisan election, but I will not vote for several DHS Democratic candidates in
November (I'll write in "Criminal" for unchallenged candidates). If need be, I can change the Republicans on issues from the inside
like the Democrats. But, I have been a Democrat my entire adult life.
Who is DHS (Department of Homeland Security)?
DHS is very political. If you go to a political party
meeting, there will be DHS there. There are rogue DHS teams that seek out
political influence who have no political influence whatsoever. They are your
dentist, the checkout person at your grocery store, your waitress at your
favorite restaurant, your manager in the corporate world, your salesman, and
every single random professional or blue collar trade person that has been
assigned to target a specific person(s) or will in the future.
Who are your agents?
I try not to talk about them because I don’t need anymore
enemies. They were a rogue team of five managers. Quite frankly, they were
also my flight risk and intimidation crew. At some point in time, they decided
to turn on me (the Democrats). The FBI was there the entire time, and despite
their inaction, I don’t trust anyone else. As my understanding of all agents
has been comprehended, I personally believe that the FBI was the only agency to
ever give any real protection. Everyone else just drives around and disappears
to hide to keep their identities secret. In a village of 3,000 people, it is
not difficult to note when something changes.
Can I kill you?
Yep, you sure can. The only thing federal agents care about
is themselves and keeping their identities secret. I do not know what they do
behind the scenes, however. It has been very interesting having people look
over us at times, but they are also quick to disappear.
Why didn’t the FBI do anything?
When DHS was breaking the law and destroying my reputation
and career, I did not understand why the FBI did nothing. But, I attribute
this to their nature of purely investigation. I still do not understand why
DHS agents have not been held accountable for their crimes.
Are you still under surveillance?
Yes, DHS still has us under surveillance in fear of
retaliation. It disgusts me to know that our neighbors and others watch my
partner and I have intercourse, use the restroom, or anything else personal. I
invited the FBI into our lives, but not DHS.
Why is DHS (Department of Homeland Security) so
political?
It is a belief among DHS agents that power is in politics.
To an extent, this is correct. But, they are the definition of corruption. To
have DHS be in control of this country is a very scary thought. They have no
concept of law and legality. Their pawns are their slaves and their ammunition.
What does our government do to suspected child molesters?
To be cut throat, complete and utter destruction. If
someone was a child molester, I would support their endeavors that don’t break
the law or equate to a mafia type organization. The fact that they do this to
innocent people for political power with zero evidence makes me very upset. If
they had any suspects, their first step should have been questioning them.
Considering none exist, it was clearly a smear campaign by federal agents. Guilty until proven innocent is their deranged motto…destroy
someone until they work for you. I worked my tail off in high school and college to have everything I worked so hard for be destroyed by Homeland Security and the Democrats I helped out so much. I'm disgusted.
Have you met with a lawyer?
I met with one lawyer. He had never taken on a federal
agency part in fear and part in cooperation. I say fear because he recommended
I not go after them. I say cooperation because I heard Karen say DHS had
already spoken with the attorney before I met with him. I do believe that I
will find a lawyer that believes in justice despite the odds, but it will
likely need to be a very seasoned individual. I don’t understand how people
can turn the other cheek to such atrocity. In addition, the warrant(s) have yet to be unsealed, so it's my word against theirs. I have six years to sue them
civilly, but another day passed is another day of anger.
What are you expecting by releasing this documentary?
I am hoping to shut down DHS for anything other than border
and port terrorism. They should definitely be removed from politics. I hope
to shut down the persecution of gay men in the political arena, and I do hope
that those involved go to prison.
How does DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and the FBI
(Federal Bureau of Investigation) cooperate?
From what I understand, the Infragard is the common factor
(infragard.net) in the public sector. There may be other ties. I would like
to think the FBI had nothing to do with this nightmare considering DHS is
conjoined with public sector jobs, but I am unsure. I am happy the FBI threw
in a shoe for justice on my case, but they really accomplished nothing to
date. It was as if they only care if they can get into trouble for doing
nothing…if people listen.
Was DHS (Department of Homeland Security) with you when
you ran for office?
I have good reason to believe they were with us when I ran
for office. From Door County to our Salem Library, birds of a feather flock
together. Once you announce candidacy, they are there with you (at least in the
Democratic Party). The person who questioned me about stalkers and tried to
say I was crazy was involved in the Democratic Party and is a DHS agent (Bruce).
How do you know it was DHS (Department of Homeland
Security)?
I know it was DHS for a multitude of reasons. First were
the denials in April of 2005 of Bryan and I being followed by Bruce. I thought
Bruce was just odd, but it later amounted to more. Second, a DHS individual in
the local Democratic Party questioned me about “someone always being there”
before Pride Fest in 2007. He is running for State Assembly now, the same seat
I attempted to take over. Third, an FBI agent questioned DHS folks near our
beach association in the latter part of 2007 regarding people knowing what DHS
does to people. Fourth, once the FBI realized what was really going on, I
heard that DHS was trying to destroy me (just the presence was enough to scare
DHS). There are other events, but these were the major triggers.
Do you work?
What DHS has done on a local level has made local level
business impossible, and they would not let me work for someone else. They not only sent someone on an interview with, but they also stacked recruiting agencies with DHS personnel. They have completely destroyed my reputation. I’m in
rebuild mode, but I still do some web and print design work under my own company headquartered in WI. Right now I’m building recruiting software. It is not the
most hi tech application wise, but it is definitely the most hi tech in a
relational data sense. I am hoping to return to the national recruiting industry and/or
sell the software. Considering what the Democratic DHS agents did, I won’t do graphics work for them
anymore.
What do you still do in the political arena?
I have been helping the Democratic Party win on issues for
years. I email the DNC when so inclined, but I do not help our state party
anymore. I blog on Burlington Area Progressives (BAP) out of Burlington, WI, and I have fully supported my partner’s interest as Chair of Kenosha County’s
Democratic Party.
The affair, who and why?
My partner of over ten years and I do not have a religious
marriage, it’s a civil contract from Vermont. Although forced to go to church
as a kid, I took away the basic principles…and I violated none of them. If you
cannot get married in a religious institution, you cannot commit adultery.
Richard is a DHS person, and the local organization disgusts me. It was for a
little fun that went too far. I’m not proud of it, but it happened.
Why do you think everyone works for the government?
Everyone does not work for the government. But, the DHS
strategy is to surround you holistically so that no one will believe that
everyone works for DHS. Given politics, that is an easy task to accomplish.
The only people we know are political.
Why did this happen to you?
Shocked is the best way to describe corruption. Homophobia
is the only answer I can conclude with political motivations for the marriage amendment to pass in WI…beyond the Democratic DHS folks wanting to
own me. Neither of us did anything illegal, or we would have been arrested for sure (DHS has been trying to find any reason possible to arrest us). My concern is they will arrest us for no reason. Considering continued illegal surveilance, we have to be perfect. It has been a nightmare that I would not wish upon anyone. What hurts
me the most is zero guilt and my political party participating, but I am going
to have to get over their non-existence of a soul.
Do you think you will get a settlement?
I highly doubt I will get a settlement. The only thing DHS
cares about is R vs. D, how to hide under the law, how to screw someone over,
and what it takes to win (despite the consequences). There is no justice in
DHS.
Will the “system” change?
DHS needs a new hobby such as preventing terrorist activity. Otherwise, I do
not see DHS beyond a State based terrorist organization in itself. What I hate
is a conflict between the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of
government. They are so hungry to destroy those they need. They are so angry
that they seek out victims. The “system” must change.
Did partisan politics have anything to do with what
happened?
Maybe. The Democrats bent over just as far as the
Republicans. I only heard from four people the Republicans had anything to do
with what occurred (Cal, Peg, Dennis who works at the YMCA, and Carla’s sons). I use to think that Democrats
were really smart, but I have been proven wrong. If the Republicans are to
blame, how could the Democrats be so stupid? The local Democrats only saw what
they wanted to see. They are corrupt, and this saddens me.
Will you name every DHS (Department of Homeland Security)
and FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) agent that you know?
I know so many federal agents at this point in time it is
just unreal. I will only name DHS agents that I know who are corrupt via a lack of
integrity or those involved. If I accidentally name some FBI agents, I apologize. But, there
are DHS agents that belong in prison. I do not understand why they are not in
prison.
Will you ever work for DHS (Department of Homeland Security)?
Absolutely not. They wanted me to kill myself instead of
outing them, but that is not going to happen. There are teams that still
“shop” me, but it is a waste of their time. They won’t give up, and I don’t
understand that considering how much I despise their organization.
