PART I: GOVERNMENT
MAFIA
Chapter 1: Introduction to My Nightmare
After calling my State Senator and finding out no one was
running for State Assembly against the incumbent, it became apparent that I
would have to run for office or be stuck with her as my legislator. As a gay
man with a partner of six years at the time, my partner and I lived in a
village of approximately 3,000 people. The district was almost all rural, but
as it was 2004, I did not expect to face any more animosity over my sexuality
than I had previously.
I met with a group of Democrats and asked for their support,
and I also checked in with those in the gay community. The Democrats were
happy that I had never even had a speeding ticket, but the gay community was
lukewarm. However, my optimism was high. After turning in my nomination
signatures, my name was going to be on the ballot. Democrat versus Republican
2004 for State Assembly was a reality.
I spent one hundred percent of my time on my campaign, and
my partner was extremely helpful throughout the adventure. We did not have a
lot of volunteers, but with any advice people had to offer, we ran a
respectable campaign. With expenditures of about eleven thousand dollars, I
had a showing of about thirty-five percent of the vote in a Republican district
of over thirty-years.
The vast majority of my campaign time was spent strategizing
on my political platform. One of my campaign positions was that I would like
to see civil unions in the state, and the papers never failed to mention that
fact. Due to my efforts and contributions to the Democratic Party, despite my
loss, I became rather well known by Democrats and Republicans heavily involved
in politics. I was even invited to dinner with the President by the Republican
National Committee (RNC), but I declined as I did not support the existing
President. With visibility and influence comes hate and spite, however.
I had a near hit and run with a van near the end of my
campaign, and a multitude of religious institutions from within and out of
state contacted me with unkind comments. As was emailed to me by one pastor
during my campaign, he would “fight me to the end.” After a 2005 April
election that sprung some surprise upsets, I had definitely collected a hate
club. When my partner and I realized we were being followed shortly after the
spring election, I contacted quite a few people including our Sheriff
Department and eventually the FBI.
Telling a handful of people that I called the FBI made the
people following us go away, but the question remained of who was following us
and why. The FBI never told me they took the case, but a presence of people
around us, along with seeing a badge at the entry to a theme park, eventually
caused me to ask a younger man if he was an FBI agent. He confirmed and said,
“Just realize that someone will always be there.”
Just as I was pre-warned before I ran for office that doing
so might bring child predator accusation, apparently someone did so at some
point in time. However, I had no idea because there were agents that looked
out for my partner and I, and I was never told that I was under investigation.
In November of 2005, a public defender offered me services if I needed them,
but he did not say why. By February of 2006, I realized there was sabotage
against my entrepreneurial business efforts.
Given the rumor, I had offered to take a lie detector test
to an FBI agent named John to prove I had never molested any kids, but guilt or
innocence was not their objective. I later realized he was Homeland Security.
Instead of taking me up on the offer, he laughed. There was a political
motivation by my own government to have the marriage amendment pass, and
destroying my reputation was Homeland Security’s means for their social goals
and partisan gain.
After nearly a year, the FBI agents met the Homeland
Security agents due to an affair I had with a Homeland Security agent named
Richard. I did not know there were a multitude of federal agencies that were
so interested in me at the time. By May of 2006 Homeland Security had decided
that either I became an agent or I was going to jail, and in June I realized
that they were sabotaging my efforts to find employment. Thus, I kept pumping
money into my entrepreneurial dreams.
Meanwhile, Homeland Security had a full fledged smear
campaign that, beyond the gay community, proliferated across two major
metropolitan areas in the political and business environments. When I found
out Homeland Security’s proliferation into every industry as regular employees,
I realized how they were effective in their goals. After the marriage
amendment passed in 2006, their efforts to break up my partner and I only
increased. In addition, their smear campaign continued in order to hide their
political ambitions and their illegal actions that amounted to State based
terrorism.
Homeland Security’s efforts to dodge accountability became
an all out witch hunt in identifying any potential mistake I had ever made in
my entire life. While destroying my reputation and halting my career, they did
the opposite for my partner. Their efforts were relentless in attempting to
affect our relationship including personal flaws, our individual interests,
political involvement, and the utilization of our time.
I was bothered when Homeland Security started a smear
campaign against me, and I do not even know when it actually began. What I do
know is that it included the dissolution of my right to privacy, the squashing
of my inalienable right to pursue happiness including economic prosperity, and
I was essentially declared a blacklisted enemy of the State.
They would later try to hire me in an attempt to keep me
silent. As I knew they were responsible for publicly smearing me beforehand, becoming
legalized mafia was not an attractive option in my eyes. I knew they would
never see justice if I accepted the invitation. If I had not called the FBI, I
would have been illegally arrested to keep me silent and destroy credibility.
Utilizing Homeland Security for political gain makes the
Homeland Security the equivalent to Saddam Hussein’s Feda’iyee. To utilize the
DOJ to further discriminatory policies toward the LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual
Transgender) community puts their uses equivalent to that of the Feda’iyee in
brutality toward women. I would equate the Attorney General to Sadam’s son
Uday, and Homeland Security to being the Feda’iyee.
Whoever my accuser was, apparently she or he admitted in
March of 2008 that they made up the entire story. This is assuming I even had
an accuser. Homeland Security monitored all of our actions from 2005, if not
beforehand, including in our home, cars, and phones. Agents wear normal
clothing allowing lawless investigations that do not hold the representing
agency liable unless their operation is discovered.
Even to current day, I would be my own detective in trying
to figure out who was an agent and who was an ordinary citizen. It was a hobby
I rather enjoyed, and my intentions were in the mindset of justice. In mid
2006, I would realize that figuring out who was an agent was mandatory. My
first task was trying to figure out why and how I got caught up in a domestic
spying scandal.
My second task was to figure out which agents were
Republican versus Democratic regardless of what political party they were in,
which agents were in charge of monitoring other agents and taking measures to
ensure my safety based on risk, which agents were there as I was apparently
considered a flight risk, and which agents were in town to “shop” me to be
owned by the government once the government was successful in destroying my
career and separating my partner and I. What added some confusion was
traveling around the country and being handed off to different federal agent
teams.
My third task would be bringing justice and seeking
retribution from the most corrupt division of government, Homeland Security,
through both public opinion and legal means if an economic settlement was not
reached. Figuring out how to bring justice to those who are supposed to ensure
justice is a daunting task, and the corrupt have been in no hurry to punish
themselves.
I had to be very careful that those who are responsible for
measuring risk and ensuring my safety were not adversely affected. In
addition, I had to be impartial yet ensure that my voice was heard. For reader
confidence, the timeline of events and contents of this text were all
