PART V: THE VERDICT
Chapter 2: End Game
Overhearing the FBI say that Homeland Security was trying to
destroy me in the spring of 2008, after dual ramp ups from November and after
New Years, there was no question as to who my adversary was. As FBI agents
noted, relocation was not an option as I owned half of our house. In addition,
the borrowing power did not exist even if my partner and I wanted to separate.
He certainly considered it in 2007 when Homeland Security’s damage was
recognized. My partner told me, “You are never going to bring in revenue
again!” I disagreed.
Despite these facts, along with my pure disdain of Homeland
Security, the main FBI manager would converse with Homeland Security managers
that would come to the YMCA in hopes of hiring me. It seemed odd that instead
of telling them to leave me alone and hold them accountable for their actions,
he essentially left the option open. Given the circumstances and a nightmare
that should have never happened, I could see why everyone wanted the problem to
go away. However, specific Homeland Security agents belonged in prison.
April was full of surprises. Although I was able to dodge
being hired by Homeland Security for years, apparently I had to become an
agent. I figured they would stop eventually as I had burned through just about
every team that existed, and I knew that there were quite a few people upset
about that fact. Having three cocktails a night, talking about everything
wrong you have ever done, and listening to the Grateful Dead really did the
trick. Working out, intelligence, and political influence had the opposite
effect. The way I saw it, I would rather die than be forced to work for the
people and organization that had interfered in my life at such an extreme
level.
My partner and I went to a gay bar about an hour away on an
April Friday night. There was a Homeland Security team that was planning on
hiring me as I had to become an agent considering I knew who everyone was, and one
of the agents noted that I belonged with Richard. Their objective of splitting
my partner and I up was never ending and relentless.
Because I apparently had to become an agent, approximately a
week later I invited Richard for a cup of coffee. He agreed to call me if he
could not make it to the coffee shop. After a half hour of waiting and no
phone call, along with no follow up online with an apology, it became obvious that
I did not have to become a Homeland Security agent. In addition, he did not
like me anymore.
This event caused Jodi at Buffalo Wild Wings to blow her
cover. She commented to her brother that Richard did not show up or call
because my partner was making all of the money, but this was only the case as
the result of Homeland Security. I did not share our financial situation with
anyone, so this was another clue they were still monitoring our lives despite
my innocence and the illegality of their surveillance. A statement she would
later reverse on due to my drive for retribution, Jodi also stated that I did
not know how things worked when she learned I was seeking a settlement.
Based on a conversation I overheard between an agent that
worked for Best Buy and the ladies that work at a fish store as their “cover”
job, everyone was upset with Richard for not showing up for a simple cup of
coffee. They blamed him for my increase in tenacity in writing this book, but
they really needed to blame themselves as much progress had all ready been made.
I even got slack online from the agents that shredded me in 2006, and of course
the fear card was utilized.
While hanging our new screen doors for our walkout basement,
there were two cars that stopped on the street our yard looks over. They commented
about me eventually having a choice of relocation and whether or not I wanted
to stay with my partner. On a side note, they liked how the French doors
jointly opened at the same time without a beam in the middle. According to a
Homeland Security team that began coming to the YMCA in the spring, Richard was
promised the option of purchasing our house if my partner and I chose
relocation.
Their realization of what our house was worth, however,
stunted their plan as Richard did not make enough money to afford our home.
Given Cal’s comment when I was installing some new windows that a relocation
offer would not increase despite home improvements, an argument could be made
that Homeland Security agents personally profit from their victims. Thus, part
of the motivation of an agent is personal wealth gain as a result of their
illegal activities. Oddly enough, a relocation option was their creation
versus ours.
This was the same Homeland Security team that tried
intimidation at the YMCA after the “flight risk” team abandoned operations.
They realized there were agents that looked over us after about three weeks, so
they backed off. Oddly enough, our boat was stored for the winter under the
umbrella of this team as the manager’s sidekick was there when we picked it
up. We were urged to store our boat by our Homeland Security neighbor “new” Steve
who lives directly across the street from my partner and I. Thus, given the
random boat storage option that was placed in our mailbox in the fall, I was
not surprised there was a connection between the YMCA intimidation crew,
Richard, and “new” Steve.
This brings me to “We still have a chance.” Scott had
mentioned this false notion outside on his own driveway due to my attraction to
Nathan at Taco Bell. Nathan took my order, and Taco Bell’s staff was nice
enough to lean toward me and say, “We know who you are” upon placement of my
tray on the in house delivery counter. This exemplified Homeland Security’s desperation
as I never had a date, met on a personal level, or had sexual relations with
Nathan.
Jodi at Buffalo Wild Wings mentioned to her brother in June
that they still had a chance considering I was still attracted to Richard. Attraction
is one thing, liking who someone is as a person is another issue. This stemmed
from Cal’s outdoor discussion that the Republicans still had a chance, assuming
I chose Richard, for vengeance. Apparently this would equate to the “mystery
day” that Homeland Security never brought to fruition.
The fact of the matter is that they did not have a chance.
Homeland Security had burned every bridge, and my mission was strictly
retribution and exploitation of their identities and criminal acts if necessary
so that this would never again occur. I would play no part in their escapade
of fabricating crimes.
My folks kindly lent my partner and I their Florida condo in June, and a settlement became misconstrued with me becoming a Republican.
Just as the Homeland Security Democrats had shopped me for years with the
intention of breaking us up, they were just the same. To quote several people,
“He’s really a Republican…I think he knows, unless he wants to live the rest of
his life in poverty…obviously the Democrats aren’t going to help him.”
History had shown local Democrats had abandoned me, but the
Republicans had a hell bent stance. The Republicans had even talked about
making me work fast food despite having a business degree from one of the top
business schools in the world. That is when I realized political party
affiliation was being utilized as a source of manipulation by Homeland
Security. When I heard Harry Reid, the US Senate majority leader, on cable
television tell Homeland Security to stay out of politics, I had confirmation
that the entire operation was party independent despite some agents leaning one
way or the other politically.
A perfect example of this occurred in May when a Homeland
Security agent that identified as a Democrat attempted to smear me by trying to
get me to sign a fake background check that did not include a social security
number. The Homeland Security gossip train suggested it was less obtrusive
without a social security number, so you can see their self perceived
intelligence is not very convincing. This agent’s party loyalty went as far as
her recommended delegate to nationals, Debra, publicly backing McCain versus
Obama. She was supposed to be a delegate for Hillary Clinton, but obviously
political party was not her primary loyalty.
Whether a Homeland Security agent personally views him or
herself as a Republican or a Democrat, at the end of the day they are first and
foremost identified as a Homeland Security agent. Once the Republican Party
had Homeland Security performing their conservative, independent objectives,
they were geared for their expected generation of control until the 2006
election stomped their legislative majority.
What they did not expect, however, was someone figuring out
their entire operation. One would have hoped the FBI would have held Homeland
Security agents responsible for their actions, and why they did not I will
never understand. “With Liberty and Justice for all” was clearly a fallacy,
and wondering how many lives our government had stolen inalienable rights from
is likely mind boggling.
In June of 2008, I overheard Gloria at our local supermarket
talking with two fellow employees while I was at the checkout counter. Gloria
commented about my super delegate vote going to Hillary Clinton and how what I
emailed to the DNC regarding handling the MI and FL debacle gave Hillary a
fighting chance. She said, “See, that’s how it works. You scratch my back,
and I’ll scratch yours.” Her concern was that Obama would remove “the system”
and Homeland Security would be drastically reduced.
Although I have received questionnaires from the DNC, one of
which was who I wanted for President, I was never told I was a super delegate.
To my knowledge, I was not a super delegate. She also stated that Kurt did his
job, and that I should become one of their agents. Considering this in
conjunction with the fact she wanted me to be arrested when she found out there
were people who look out for us, she obviously was a foe agent versus a friend.
But, how did she know what I emailed to the DNC regarding Michigan and Florida?
How did Scott know in July of 2008 that I put in my book a
settlement with Homeland Security? I overheard him telling his wife while they
were on their driveway. Homeland Security’s excuse for continued surveillance
was a concern of physical retaliation despite the fact those who look after us
assured them that they would be notified if they had reason for concern. But,
what does Scott reading my book on my pc, or one of his cohorts, have to do
with protecting themselves against a non existent physical threat?
When will Homeland Security stop monitoring my personal and
political involvement? Gloria probably knew when I later pledged to support
Obama, but I certainly had regrets when Obama voted for the “FISA” compromise
which gave telecommunication companies immunity and expanded Homeland
Security’s big brother view of United States citizens considering FISA covers
domestic surveillance of fabricated crimes. She probably told herself “touché”
when Clinton voted against the “FISA compromise” and Obama in favor of the
legislation.
Hopefully false claims will be shot down to avoid such
damaging consequences when there is not a victim, and Homeland Security will
focus on protecting our country from terrorists versus such an illegal and
unconstitutional use of tax dollars. But if not stopped in the future, your
Homeland Security neighbor will continually monitor everyone in your
neighborhood for social endeavors and partisan gain. “The system” will strike
again.
In the end, the FBI stopped Homeland Security from illegally
arresting me. Even the Democratic agents considered the option of arresting me
for no reason whatsoever. It was determined, however, that they could not as
people would come to my aid. Instead, they decided to pass the buck of
responsibility to the flight risk folks that were connected to the corrupt
investigation. Apparently they were happy they found a team to hire me. Over
my dead body will I work for Homeland Security.
Perhaps I will be illegally arrested someday on bogus
charges, or they may just continue existing operations in hopes my partner and
I split up. Will I ever receive a settlement? That is unknown but unlikely as
this would only inhibit their objectives and mean they actually believe in
justice. Homeland Security was never held accountable for their actions, so there
is no end to my nightmare. Thus, the future holds more to tell fellow citizen
detectives about the legal mafia known as Homeland Security.
